PEG-150/Decyl Alcohol/Smdi Copolymer
What PEG-150/Decyl Alcohol/Smdi Copolymer is & what it does
PPG-12/SMDI Copolymer is a synthetic film-forming polymer made by reacting a polypropylene-glycol segment with a saturated diisocyanate. In sunscreens and other leave-on products it forms a flexible water-resistant film that helps the product cling to skin and resist rub-off. This film-forming property is often used to support long-lasting, water-resistant claims.
